Dues & Rates

Current pricing

Straightforward monthly dues plus an hourly dry rate when you fly — no surprises.

Item Amount Notes
Monthly Dues $350 / month Covers hangar, insurance, and fixed costs for both aircraft
Hourly Rate (dry) $150 / hour Tach time, fuel not included — applies to either aircraft

Monthly dues and hourly rate reflect current Beechclub pricing. There is no initiation/buy-in fee or capital deposit — full membership is acquired by purchasing an equity share from a departing member.

Ownership Shares

Buy or sell a share

Full membership in Beechclub means holding an equity share in the club, not just a membership slot — and shares occasionally become available from members who are moving on.

How share pricing works

The club doesn't set share prices. When a member sells, the price is negotiated directly between the departing member (seller) and the incoming member (buyer) — market rate, by mutual agreement. The club facilitates introductions and handles the ownership transfer paperwork, but doesn't set, mark up, or guarantee a sale price.
